Hello! My name is Julie and I am a person-centred counsellor working in the North Bristol area. I am registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and provide face-to-face sessions (daytime and evenings) for individuals aged 18 and over.
I am known for my warm and non-judgmental approach, as I work to create a safe and confidential setting where you can explore the issues you wish to bring. My focus is on building a supportive relationship that empowers you to understand your experiences better and to find your own way forward.
I have worked with a broad range of issues, including anxiety, stress, depression, relationship breakdown, childhood trauma, burnout, bereavement, menopause and low self-esteem.
